The client first established contact with our company at the OILS & FATS INTERNATIONAL (TURKEY 2012) exhibition held in Istanbul, Turkey in 2012.
In 2017, the client sent their first inquiry and confirmed their first order in the same year — 4 air separator machines — for use in the oilseed pre-processing section.
Purpose of visit
On May 31, 2018, representative from the client visited our company. The main purposes of the visit were to:
1. Visit our production workshop and observe the equipment manufacturing process;
2. Gain an on-site understanding of our production capacity and quality control in oilseed pre-processing equipment;
3. Discuss the manufacturing progress and technical details of the ordered equipment;
4. Explore the potential for further cooperation on other equipment in the pre-processing section, including cleaning, cracking, conditioning, and flaking systems.
This visit further strengthened the client’s trust in our technical capabilities and cooperation potential, laying a solid foundation for continued collaboration in the oilseed pre-processing field.
