At the core of its performance is a unique rotary distributing and homogenizing system, which evenly spreads the material across the cooler’s cross-section. The rotary distributor is vertically adjustable, and a central toothed leveling rake smooths the material bed to enhance heat and mass exchange. This uniform distribution significantly improves cooling efficiency and product consistency.

The cooler is equipped with a high-performance hydraulic system that provides smooth, flexible control over the flap-style discharge mechanism. The flap’s turning angle is adjustable, allowing fine-tuned material discharge speed and uniform flow. Limit and proximity switches—supplied by OMRON—enable precise control and position monitoring, while all discharge flap bearings are from SKF, ensuring long service life and stable performance.
