High-quality cryogenic alloy rollers
The machine is equipped with a toothed feeder roller that ensures stable and even material flow, allowing operators to easily adjust the feeding rate to optimize performance. The roller space adjusting device includes a synchronized mechanism and an analog handwheel, enabling precise parallelism and gap control between rollers for consistent cracking quality.
High capacity and low energy consumption
To protect the rollers and maintain stable operation, the Single Stand Cracker incorporates a high-strength permanent magnetic device to effectively remove ferrous impurities from the material stream. The cracking rollers themselves are made from high-quality chilled alloy, with precisely designed teeth that minimize fines generation. The roller ends feature tricuspid damping seals to prevent material leakage, further enhancing product quality and reducing waste.
It occupies a small area
For material flow regulation, a pneumatic control unit is used, featuring a pneumatic actuator that controls the material flow gate. This gate is maintained at an optimal gap of 45–60 mm from the feeder roller to ensure steady feeding capacity. The use of premium-grade bearings and bearing housings improves the machine’s durability and operational reliability.
High operational safety
Additionally, the cracker is fitted with an automatic belt-tension device that stabilizes belt tension, reducing vibration, noise, and belt wear. A scientifically designed heat-elimination system, utilizing fan wheels, efficiently cools bearings and belts, extending service life and maintaining stable operation during continuous use.
