Featuring a robust construction, the cooler’s top cover, rotary feeder, rotary distributor, and discharge flap are all made from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel, while the main frame, chamber casing, and reinforcement parts are constructed from durable carbon steel. All inlets and outlets adopt flanged connections and are supplied with matching counter flanges and gaskets to ensure secure sealing and easy installation.

At the core of its performance is a unique rotary distributing and homogenizing system, which evenly spreads the material across the cooler’s cross-section. The rotary distributor is vertically adjustable, and a central toothed leveling rake smooths the material bed to enhance heat and mass exchange.
