Material fed through the centrally located inlet is evenly dispersed across the entire screening surface via the circular motion, enabling automatic stratification and efficient particle classification. Elastomer balls positioned beneath the screen mesh rebound continuously, effectively preventing screen clogging and maintaining high screening efficiency throughout operation.

To ensure smooth and stable movement, a balancer plate counters the inertial forces generated by the screen box’s motion in all directions, while an elastic support plate at the discharge end stabilizes and supports its eccentric movement. The transmission system, located at the head end, consists of a motor driving the main shaft through a V-belt pulley, ensuring consistent circular motion at the feed end.
